Kevin is always personable and very calming to speak with, he stays professional and explains everything clearly while leaving plenty of room for questions- which I didn’t have! Each member of the staff is superb, from the infamous Dr. Zeyad Alani himself to the assistants, you see nothing but cheerful attitudes and professionalism. Never a hassle to visit Granite Bay Smiles, something I think a lot of people look for when finding a dentistry. cherry on top: I had to reschedule last minute, they accommodated me to the absolute fullest extent. not to mention when I did finally make it in, I was freakin late! they still took care of me, and gave me no issues. I was grateful, thanks Elaine! (hope I spelt that right 😅)

I was very pleased with my experience with Granite Bay Smiles and Dr Alani. I needed a crown and was surprised to hear it could be done in one appointment! No temporary crown and no return appointment needed. It took about 2 hours all in and I had a very pain free experience. I would highly recommend this office. Everyone is pleasant and helpful. Thank you for renewing my belief that there are great dentists out there!
